I have felt really supported from my mentor at Sandhurst. I have been very impressed with Georgia’s organisation from day one – TT was ready with a list of items to start actioning and getting up to sped. A clear plan was in place. She had always had the time to talk to me, explain processes, given me very constructive feedback and supported me during and after lessons when needed. I have felt supported and at the same time I had the freedom to try out new things in a safe environment.
Applications are now being accepted through the UCAS Teacher Training Application site (see link below). For further details, the links below will direct you to the DfE website.

I have felt really supported from day one. I have seen great professionals in the Maths department and around the school. Although everyone is very busy, everyone has always had the time to discuss lessons with me, give me very constructive feedback, bounce lessons ideas or give me advice every time I have reached out to different members of the staff. I think Sandhurst has the right culture and set up to support RPT and ECTs.
